Since 2003 Tom has worked as a fitness professional and director of personal training in Malvern, Pennsylvania assisting clients and corporate center professionals with their health, nutrition and weight loss (helping reduce cholesterol, high blood pressure and blood sugar related to diabetes), fitness and lifestyle objectives, improvement in their work productivity, reduction in lost time injuries and absenteeism and improvement in their professional and personal relationships due to increased self esteem and self confidence. Tom has maintained his health and strength at over sixty years of age and represents how his lifestyle can improve your life as we get older.
